Family & Consumer Sciences
What used to be called Home Economics is now known as Family & Consumer Sciences.  Through the elective program, eighth grade students who opt to take this course are involved in topics such as basic knitting, hand, machine sewing, foods and nutrition.

MES Hosts Family Fun Night
Hundreds of families showed up to Middlebury Elementary School's Ice Cream Social on Sept. 7th to welcome each other back to school. Principal Jack Zamary (below) serves as Ice Cream Man for the day.

Board of Education
Click here for the Board of Education calendar and agendas. Region 15 Board of Education meetings will be held in the Pomperaug High School All-Purpose Room #103 at 7:30pm.

Oct. 22 - CMEA Adjudication at Pomperaug H.S.
PHS will host the CMEA Regionals from 7:00am - 5:00pm. Friends of Pomperaug Music have been asked to organize the food. Between 500 - 1,000 students are expected to attend.
