The staff at "Community Connections" would like to
wish the Region 15 staff, teachers, administrators, parents, and
students a safe and happy holiday season. There is a full day of
school on Dec. 23rd and classes resume on Tuesday, January
3.

County Superintendent Award Winners Named
Six students were
honored at a recent Board of Education meeting by Dr. Frank Sippy,
Region 15 school superintendent (four pictured at top). Those
honored are Lindsay T.,
Cassie F., Hannah H., Connor K., Bernard K., and Michael T. The
students and their families joined Dr. Sippy at an awards banquet on Nov.

Thanksgiving Baskets
Middlebury Elementary School participated with St. Mary's
Children's Health Center on their annual Thanksgiving basket
drive. They collected 25 baskets of food plus a gift card for
the turkey for area families in need. In photo above: Dan
