Region 15 Advisory Committee on Global Citizenship and Character
committee, formed during the 2017-18 school year, is a representative
group of district administrators, teachers, students, and parents and
includes facilitators from Cooperative Educational Services.
The purpose of the Region 15 Advisory Committee on Global Citizenship and Character is to identify how Region 15 can increasingly provide for an effective and more deliberate global-citizenship and character education. A global citizenship and character education recognizes that our world is increasingly interdependent, includes diverse identities and cultures, and our choices may impact individuals and communities locally, nationally and internationally.
