1. CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Perry called the December 10, 2007 Personnel Policies/Curriculum
Committee meeting to order at 6:37 p.m.

MINUTES:
A motion was made to approve the November 26, 2007 minutes, was so moved
by Mr. Erwin and seconded by Mr. Drauss and all committee members approved.

Revised Policy # 5114 Student Discipline and Punishment: This was a first
presentation of this policy. The proposed changes reflect a tightening of
language to better align the policy with recent changes in state
legislation.

OF PERSONNEL: Dr. Sippy presented Exhibit A. Ms. Elias made a motion to
recommend the full Board approve Exhibit A at tonight’s Board of Education
meeting and seconded by Mr. Erwin. All committee members approved to advance
to the full Board. |

SESSION: A motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel, so
moved by Mr. Erwin and seconded by Ms. Elias and all committee members in
favor. A motion was made to move out of executive session, seconded by Ms.
Perry and all in favor for adjournment.
