A library collection's distinctive content and call numbers direct the organization of the resources.
Library resources have unique organization content and access points.

Skills
1. Alphabetize.
2. Find books in the easy collection using its alphabetic arrangement (first letter).
3. Distinguish easy reader series books from easy fiction.
4. Find grade-level appropriate books in the fiction collection.
5. Find non-fiction books using topic of interest and/or numerical call numbers.
6. Find biographies in the non-fiction collection.
7. Search for books by keyword -- author, title, subject.
8. Open a record and/or card.
9. Identify author/illustrator, title page, table of contents.
10. Identify the use of an atlas.
