LUNCH MENUS

All foods are prepared in our school kitchens and meet the new Recommended Dietary Allowances for lunch and dietary guidelines for Americans. Wholesome ingredients and low-fat alternatives also are incorporated into the lunch menu.

The lunch menu is published weekly in the Voices newspaper and the monthly menu is sent home with the students.

Elementary Schools

Four entree choices with vegetable, fruit, bread, and milk are offered daily.

Gainfield Elementary School

Long Meadow Elementary School

Middlebury Elementary School

Pomperaug Elementary School

Middle Schools

Choice of two entree choices with vegetable, fruit, bread, and milk are offered daily.

Also offered: Deli Bar, Salad Bar, and assorted salads.

Memorial Middle School

Rochambeau Middle School

Pomperaug High School

Several entree choices are made available daily.  In addition, daily specials, and a daily deli bar are available.  Daily “a la carte” items include French fries, vegetables, fruits, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, bagels and snack items.

LUNCH COSTS & WAYS TO PAY

The Regional School District #15 Lunch Program is non-profit and lunch is offered at the lowest cost possible.

In all schools, students who wish to purchase lunch can either pay with cash or participate in the Debit Point of Sale System.  If you would like your child to participate, please send cash or check in an envelope to school with your child and have it applied to your child's account.
