Policy

In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 10-203, the Board of Education is responsible for maintaining the public schools in accordance with the applicable public health statutes and regulations adopted by the Commissioner of Public Health.  In furtherance thereof, the Board directs the Administration to take reasonable steps to require testing for tuberculosis of students and staff in accordance with guidance from the Commissioner of Public Health and otherwise as it deems appropriate.
