It is the policy of the Region 15 Board of Education that every other year all non-certified personnel will be evaluated by the building Principals.  Such evaluation is to be in writing and a copy of such report filed with the Superintendent of Schools.

 

Satisfactory evaluations shall signify renewal of period of service.  Anyone whose performance is rated unsatisfactory will serve a probationary period from three to six months for the purpose of achieving a satisfactory rating.  Failure to receive a satisfactory rating following probationary period shall result in grounds for dismissal.  After a personal interview with the building Principal and/or the Superintendent, a copy of the evaluation will be signed and placed in the respective personnel folder, and one copy will be given to the employee.
