POLICY

It is the policy of the Region 15 Board of Education prior to enrollment in Regional School District 15 schools, students shall have received all immunizations required by Connecticut State Statutes.  Such immunizations shall specifically include but not be limited to those for Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Measles, Polio, mumps, Rubella., and Hemophilus Influenza - B(HIB) for children not having reached fifth birthday.  Before entering seventh grade, students shall have received a second immunization against measles.
