class size resolution

It is the resolution of the Region 15 Board of Education that the goals for optimal class size for regular education classes in kindergarten through grade twelve are listed below.  It is the intention of the Board to balance the efforts to work towards these goals with the efforts to provide a comprehensive educational program for students in pre-kindergarten through grade twelve as described in the Board’s Statement of Philosophy.
