Graduation DVDs will be for sale at $20 a copy. If you're interested in purchasing a DVD, please drop off or send check/cash to PHS Main office. All checks will need to be made out to PHS and include the name of the school for which you want the DVD in the memo field.
RMS, MMS, and PHS copies will be available at PHS Main office for pickup by August 19th. Please have all orders in byJuly 15th, giving the video department time to process orders. No other DVDs will be offered this year.

Please find the packet of health forms that your child may need for next year. This packet includes information which explains which students need physicals and copies of a sport physical form, for those who plan to participate in interscholastic sports, a permission to give medication at school form, for any student who needs to take prescription or over-the-counter medications while at school and a State of Connecticut Health Assessment Form for all upcoming 10th graders or repeating 9th graders. If you have any questions, please contact our school nurses during school hours at 203-262-3222.
Any student that has medication in the nurse's office should make arrangements to pick up this medication by noon on 6/17/14. The student may only pick this up if their order indicates that they may self administer. All other medication and or controlled substances,must be picked up by a parent.
Students should register any personal technology device they plan on using at Pomperaug using the device Registration form online. If you registered a particular device last year and you are still using it, there is no need to re-register. A link to the form follows: BYOD Registration.
