The District uses the SchoolMessenger electronic email communication system to contact parents. The district only uses SchoolMessenger automated phone calls for early morning notification of school closings or delayed openings to those parents who opt-in to the system.

If you choose to opt-in to receiving the Weather Related, Non Emergency calls, the following information will instruct you how to do so. As soon as you have successfully opted-in by clicking the appropriate boxes (see below), the system becomes active for you and you will receive the calls when they are made.



Once logged-in, click "Weather Related_Non-Emergency" next to the phone number (cell or land line) where you wish to be notified. These early morning calls usually occur between 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. You will NOT see the words "opt in", but if you click this box (or boxes), you will be added to the phone call list.
