SENIORS ADMITTED FREE TO REGION 15 EVENTS

Qualified Residents Over Age 50 Can Obtain Platinum Card

Residents of Middlebury and Southbury who are fifty years of age or older and have a valid form of identification are admitted free into Region 15 events. The Senior Pass Platinum Card entitles qualified residents to free admission to attend regular season Athletic Events for football, basketball, swimming, school concerts, and drama and musical productions in Region 15.

    The District wants to remind residents that the Senior Pass Platinum Card is available at many locations and Over-55 Residential Communities. Eligible residents can also pick up their free card at:

·        Region 15 Central Office

·        Region 15 Schools’ Main Offices

·        Middlebury Elderly Services Office in the Shepardson Community Building

·        Southbury Senior Center and Elderly Services Office

·        Heritage Village Management Office

 
   “The Senior Pass has been in existence for three years now, and I am still so pleased when I see our older residents use their cards,” said Dr. Frank Sippy, Region 15 school superintendent. “Whether it’s a football game featuring our championship football team or a play in the Black Box Theater at the high school, we welcome our seniors and hope they take full advantage of this free pass.”
