Philosophy:  The Comprehensive School Counseling program is responsible for helping students develop skills and abilities in the areas of academic, career, and personal/social.

Curriculum Review Status: The Developmental Guidance curriculum is in its Development stage in 2009-10, with 1st year implementation of the curriculum in 2010-11.

Benchmarks at the end of Grade Two, Five, Eight

Transition Planning: Elementary and middle school counselors provide various transition activities to prepare students for the transition into middle school and high school.

Responsive Services:  Primary and Secondary school counselors are trained to respond to students who may be in crisis or have other concerns relating to home/school issues, or other problems.
