Some key SPLEC goals:

• Integrate professional development and evaluation so that they are more closely aligned.
• Implement a more effective system of collecting, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Administrators and Teachers.
• Develop a process and timeline that uses data to inform Professional Development offerings.
• Align SPLEC with the Region 15 Strategic Plan.
• Use Professional Learning Communities as a means to provide job embedded professional development.
