 Snow DAZE

The weather will continue to create challenges for us as a school community.  There will be delayed openings.  There will be cancellations.  There will be emergency early dismissals.  AND most will, most likely, be unplanned/unexpected.

I have tried to answer the most commonly asked weather related questions in my latest Principal's Message.  I hope you find it helpful.

Also...

It is important for the kids to get fresh air and have time for exercise and to play with friends.  Therefore, we go outside for recess in the morning before school and after lunch as much as we possibly can.

The Magic number is 20 degrees (including wind chill).  20 or above, we go out.  Please dress your child(ren) appropriately.

FYI...

The Principal's Message has been updated (1/17).

LMES  Principal
