In some cases, an "Incident Report" may turn into a "Suspected Bullying Incident Report" as determined by the administration. MMS strongly encourages the reporting of all mean and unacceptable behavior by students.

By submitting a Mean Behavior Incident Report or a Suspected Bullying Incident Report, you are agreeing that the information you are reporting is the entire truth to the best of your knowledge. You further understand that lying or misrepresenting the truth is a punishable offense.
