If you are divorced and have sole legal custody of your child, please send us a copy of the legal decree. We also need a copy of any visitation decree. In this way we can ensure that your child is only released on the permission of his/her legal guardian and within the legal agreement. Without such a decree in our files, we must legally release a child to either parent.
