Self-Troubleshooting

If Region 15 staff, teachers or administrators need technical support, please review the common troubleshooting issues, as listed at the left. Many issues can be resolved by rebooting your computer by clicking the green "start" button at the lower left of your screen, click "shut down", then "restart".

Placing a Support Request

If you have reviewed the Frequently Asked Questions at the left and still need further assistance, please click the link at top left entitled "Go to: Tech Dude". Best practice suggests that you submit one issue per ticket, in order to expedite the resolution process. This will allow our department to track all requests as well as insure that our team sees the request and will be able to respond to your needs. Please keep in mind that requests will be handled in the order received.
