College Fair 2014

Pomperaug High School will be hosting their annual College Fair in the Main Gym on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from 6:00pm-7:30pm. The event is free and open to all students and parents from Region 15 as well as from neighboring towns. Over 100 colleges, universities, technical schools, and military representatives will be in attendance. List of Colleges
 Prom Information

Attention all Juniors and Seniors:
You should have received prom information in your homeroom advisories. The 2014 Prom will take place on June 1st at the Aqua Turf. Please read the "Prom Information" flyer carefully and bring your completed permission slip and payment to the cafeteria during your lunch wave from Tuesday April 22nd- Thursday April 24th. May 5 Advisory Cancelled
There will be no advisory May 5th due to Advanced Placement Exams.
Yearbook Banquet

The Class of 2014's Yearbook Banquet will take place on Wednesday, June 4th from 1-4pm at The Colonial Tavern located in Oxford, CT.  The cost is $20 per student.  Permission slips will be distributed in Homeroom Advisory to all seniors on April 7th.  Extra permission slips will be available in the main office.  This banquet is only open to seniors who are graduating this June.  Please submit permission slip and payment (cash or check) to Ms. Meisenheimer promptly.  Thank you.
SAT Class Offered at PHS

PHS will run a 5 week math SAT class during the month of May. It will meet from 6:30-8:15 pm Monday May 5, 12, 19,Tuesday May 27, and June 3. Email kkleinschmidt@region15.org for more information. Cost: $110.00. Registration deadline is April 25.

TLC on PLC

The National Honor Society is now offering a tutoring lab, known as the "TLC on PLC", open free to all students.  Whether you're looking for aid on an English paper, a study buddy for a history test, answers to your questions in math and science, or a mentor to help you succeed in your AP classes, help is available!  On PLC days, before school starts, students who want to do well in their classes can stop by Career Center, located next to the Guidance office, to receive academic support.  It doesn't matter whether you're struggling in a subject or just want to clarify an idea for a test: this is a great way to raise your grades!
Course Catalog 14-15 Published Online

The 2014-2015 PHS Course Catalog is now posted online. The catalog contains course descriptions by department as well as other important information regarding academics at Pomperaug.

BYOD Registration 

Students should register any personal technology device they plan on using at Pomperaug using the device Registration form online. If you registered a particular device last year and you are still using it, there is no need to re-register. A link to the form follows: BYOD Registration.
