Region 15 is proud to announce that PHS seniors Ryan Russell and Jihyun An have been named the recipients of the 2026 Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) High School Arts Award.
The talented duo was officially celebrated for their outstanding artistic achievements at the Region 15 Board of Education meeting on May 26, 2026, following their recognition at the 29th Annual CAS Awards Ceremony and Banquet earlier this spring.
🎨 About the CAS High School Arts Award
Each year, CAS honors two outstanding seniors from member high schools across the state who demonstrate exceptional talent in either the performing or visual arts. While artistic excellence is the primary consideration for the award, recipients must also demonstrate strong scholarship and leadership qualities within their school communities.
