Region 15 invites the community to nominate Pomperaug High School alumni and members of the Region 15 community for recognition through the Pomperaug High School Hall of Fame, a new initiative established to honor excellence, leadership, and service.
The Hall of Fame celebrates individuals who embody pride in Pomperaug, whether through their accomplishments as PHS graduates or their meaningful contributions to the Region 15 community. From distinguished alumni to dedicated educators, coaches, and Region 15 community members, this recognition highlights those who have made a lasting difference both within our schools and beyond.
As we launch this inaugural class, the Hall of Fame will recognize individuals whose contributions have shaped our schools and strengthened the broader Southbury and Middlebury communities, establishing a tradition of excellence for years to come.

Eligibility
Pomperaug High School Alumni
- Eligible for nomination 10 years after graduation
Region 15 Faculty & Staff
- Minimum of 10 years of service
- At least one year removed from full-time service
Nominees may be living or deceased.
Inaugural Class Timeline
- June 1, 2026 – Nomination Deadline
- July 1, 2026 – Committee Recommendations Completed
- August 1, 2026 – Inductees Announced
- November 22, 2026 – Induction Ceremony (Sunday before Thanksgiving)
About the Selection Process
Nominations will be reviewed by the Pomperaug Community Hall of Fame Executive Committee, comprised of administrators, staff, alumni, and community representatives from both Southbury and Middlebury.
The Pomperaug Community Hall of Fame reflects Region 15’s commitment to celebrating excellence and preserving the legacy of those who have shaped our school community.
