Region 15 Schools kicked off the 2025–26 school year with an inspiring Convocation filled with celebration, connection, and community spirit.

Our Para of the Year, Mercedes Deuth, opened the morning by leading the Pledge of Allegiance, and Teacher of the Year, Geri-Ann Ristow, shared heartfelt words about the power of building strong connections with students. Her message was a perfect reminder of why we do what we do each day in Region 15.

We also recognized dedicated staff members marking 20 years of service to Region 15 and enjoyed incredible performances by our talented student musicians—a highlight of the event. Be sure to check out the video!
