Athlete Registration

Region 15 Student-athletes consistently perform at the top level of their sports.  Our athletic programs are built to foster sportsmanship, personal growth, team spirit, and a competitive drive to reach higher. Student-athletes set forth standards that are representative of leadership, responsibility and excellence on the playing fields, in the classroom, and in the community.

The athletic program is a privilege afforded to students in good academic standing whose participation is contingent upon decisions and actions that meet the PHS Athlete Code of Ethics per the PHS Sports Handbook.

Online Sports Registration

If you have more than one child participating in athletics you must register each one separately. Registration must be completed for each season (Fall, Winter, Spring).

Athlete Registration (Grades 9-12)

Registration and completion of forms must be received before the student-athlete participates in any school team-organized practice, scrimmage, or scheduled game/contest.

Region 15 Schools has instituted a pay-to-participate fee for athletics. The fee for athletes in 6th through 12th grades will be $150, with a maximum amount of $600 per family.

Payments are made through FamilyID during the registration process.
