• Share to district social media (as appropriate)

• Include in community roundups and newsletters (when timing allows)

What to Send

Please email the details below in one message so we can post quickly:

• Class year(s) and school (e.g., “Pomperaug High School, Class of 2005”)

• Event date, time, and venue (include city/state and any age restrictions)

• Registration/RSVP link or contact person

• Ticket price (if applicable) and RSVP deadline

• Brief description (1–2 sentences)

• Flyer or photo (optional; PNG or JPG preferred)

• Reunion website (if applicable)

Lead Time

Please share your information as soon as you have it available (preferably 2-3 months in advance.) We’ll post as soon as possible and schedule social shares based on calendar space and timing.

Updates & Cancellations

If details change, email an update with “REUNION UPDATE” in the subject line so we can refresh the listing promptly.

Photos After the Event

We’re happy to celebrate your reunion highlights. Send 1–3 photos with captions and we may feature them in a future community post.
