PowerSchool & ParentSquare: Essential Tools for Region 15 Families
Region 15 uses PowerSchool and ParentSquare to keep families informed, connected, and engaged throughout the school year.
PowerSchool is the district’s platform for tracking academic progress and student records. Families can view grades, check attendance, and update emergency contacts and demographic information. PowerSchool can be accessed through a web browser or app, and families receive login instructions from the district after registration.
ParentSquare is the district’s primary communication tool for messages between school and home. Families receive real-time updates about school news, class information, athletics, events, and messages from teachers and staff. ParentSquare is best accessed through the mobile app for easy, all-in-one communication. Please follow the link to learn more about ParentSquare.
Together, these tools help ensure families stay informed and connected to their child’s school experience in Region 15.

PHOTOGRAPHING STUDENTS AND STAFF
Some students choose not to be photographed. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) allows students and parents to opt out of the release of certain information about students, including photographs, and Region 15 Schools operates in compliance with this law. Before we can allow anyone to take photos, video and/or quotes from our students, a school administrator must confirm.
